How to choose your mattress
Choosing the right mattress is less a matter of preference and more a matter of compatibility — with your body, with the way you sleep, with your bed frame.
Firmness — Soft, Medium, Firm, or Anatomic
- Soft — Ideal for side sleepers under 70 kg.
- Medium — The most versatile choice. Works for couples with different profiles.
- Firm — For back sleepers, or side sleepers over 90 kg.
- Anatomic — Zoned support, different firmness at different body zones.
Material — Memory Foam, Latex, Hybrid, or Pocket Spring
Each material has a different sleep personality. Memory foam delivers body-hugging contouring. Natural latex (ideally Talalay) offers bouncy support, naturally cool, lasts 10-12 years. Hybrid combines pocket springs with foam comfort layer. Pocket spring is the classic choice — exceptional breathability.

Side sleepers (60%): Soft to medium. Back sleepers (35%): Medium to firm. Stomach sleepers (5%): Firm, otherwise the neck is compressed.
